doscan software package provides port scanner for discovering services on large networks, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install doscan
doscan is installed in your system.
Make ensure the doscan package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep doscan *
You will get with doscan package name, version, architecture and description in a table
